Well done, they are all togged out for summer which looks as if it has arrived. She is pleased with herself in her new dress, so you should be too.
They look vary cute!! Good job!
aww so cute...that is one talent I never mastered...
Oh, I am not a master. I go on brains, a bit of logic, and what I can remember from watching my mother when I was young. My husband's great aunt asked that I get her sewing machine after she died. I couldn't say no as this was the sweetest woman. She always had a tasty vegetable soup on the stove for possible visitors. With this machine, I felt I had to use it to honor Aunt Agnes. Therefore, I began to make curtains for our house seven years ago. I had no idea what I was doing, but I read the directions. Those first roman shades remain a favorite. I continued making draperies for all the rooms in the house.I've also made some crafty items, stockings for Christmas, kid aprons, and Santa hats for gifts.Last MIL visit, we sewed some doll clothes. These were the first dresses I've attempted.
I got my mom's sewing machine. My sister had it first then passed it on to me as she knew I was interested in learning. We have to track down a few parts as it is old.. mom passed in 86. The most I ever did with it was learn to sew pillows when she was alive. She was to sick towards the end when I was old enough to learn to teach me more then that. Special memories that;)
